We offer a straightforward 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the product must remain in its original state—unworn, unused, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Please also provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, when submitting your return request.

Damages or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately upon receipt. This will allow us to resolve the issue quickly and ensure you receive the right product or a suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, due to hygiene or safety considerations, are not eligible for return if you change your mind. These exclusions will be clearly noted on the product’s description page. For any concerns about a particular item, feel free to get in touch with us.
Please be aware that sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchange Process

If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.

Refund Information

Once we’ve received and reviewed your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to finalize the transaction.
